Descrição

• Lead the digital transformation of the Service Applications function • Identify and implement Agentic AI-driven tools for predictive customer support and automated service leveling • Build collaborative relationships with VPs and Call Center leaders • Integrate AI-driven “nudge” technology and autonomous agents to optimize customer interactions and benefit selections • Prepare board-level materials and narratives for General Managers and executive leadership • Design and deploy autonomous agents and LLM-based tools for policy drafting, data analysis, and real-time call center support • Oversee Salesforce and AI-platform architecture and governance • Define and enforce modern SDLC practices, including AI model testing, CI/CD, and automated Agentic workflow testing • Partner with analytics teams to forecast service trends and simulate architectural impacts • Manage and upskill four teams totaling approximately 60 global resources • Partner with TA, HRBPs, and Engineering managers on talent retention and business-goal strategies • Manage short- and long-term initiatives to meet critical business objectives

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years in technical leadership with a focus on enterprise applications • Experience preferably in a global/multinational environment • Proven experience or specialized training in HR/Service Technology transformation • Familiarity with the “AI for Service” landscape, including LLMs and predictive analytics • 5+ years of direct experience with the Salesforce platform (Service Cloud) preferred • Proficiency in advanced HCM/CRM systems • Expert-level analytical skills • Ability to align resources, meet aggressive deadlines, and drive projects to completion • Proficiency in AI-specific platforms and proprietary AI modeling tools preferred • Relevant technical certifications or leadership credentials preferred, such as Lean Six Sigma or Salesforce Architect • Track record of developing and executing innovative strategies that drive business results and customer well-being
