Descrição

• Respond to inbound inquiries from members and future members via live chat, email, and phone • Maintain high member satisfaction and meet response-time targets of under one minute on chat and under one hour across other channels • Assist with order issues, cooking and recipes, account management, and other inquiries • Communicate empathetically and prioritize members in all interactions • Report on member behavior and bugs, and generate content from anecdotes and analytics • Represent the company’s values and mission in each interaction • Participate in weekly continuous-improvement meetings and daily stand-ups • Handle other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Impeccable writing skills for email, live chat, and Slack • Excellent relationship-building skills and exceptional empathy • Passion for helping people and ensuring member satisfaction • Successful track record working in a high-volume environment • Willingness to adapt to change and embrace growth • Ability to solve problems analytically and creatively • High attention to detail • Team-first attitude • Ability to work remotely using Slack, Zoom, and Intercom • Ability to work within coverage spanning 7 days per week while working 5 days • Nice to have: previous employment at an eCommerce and/or food company • Nice to have: familiarity with the latest eCommerce trends • Nice to have: inbound sales experience • Nice to have: experience with Intercom, Aircall, or other SaaS customer-support tools • Wild Alaskan participates in E-Verify
