• Own a book of business of Wix enterprise accounts • Serve as a trusted partner and consultant • Guide customers on launching and optimizing their Wix deployment following web development best practices • Partner with Product teams to create tailored customer onboarding workshops and trainings • Respond to customer inquiries about product questions • Provide solutions to complex use cases and workflows • Conduct customer business reviews to assess progress against desired business outcomes • Identify opportunities for deeper feature engagement • Measure and communicate Wix’s impact on customers’ businesses • Foster customer health through periodic website reviews • Facilitate new feature adoption and continuous business value throughout the customer lifecycle • Identify growth opportunities and facilitate enterprise customer renewals • Collaborate with Marketing to identify customer references and case studies • Represent the customer voice to the Wix Product team and help shape product evolution

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years experience in customer success management within a SaaS company • 3+ years experience working with enterprise customers • Experience having conversations about growth, upselling & renewals • Experience presenting complex ideas in an accessible and engaging way to executive-level customers • Great organizational, project and time management skills • NY-based or able to commute to the office in New York City • Expected to be in the office 3 times per week
