Descrição

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Python frameworks like Django and Flask. • Collaborate with front-end engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring security and data protection. • Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to maintain high code quality and documentation standards. • Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions and continuous improvements. • Participate in agile development methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and team meetings. • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Python. • Proficiency in Django and Flask frameworks, with a solid understanding of RESTful API design. • Experience with SQL databases and NoSQL technologies, ensuring efficient data management and retrieval. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Docker/Kubernetes and AWS, enabling seamless deployment and scalability of applications. • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation in modern applications. • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. • **Nice to Have:** • Experience with FastAPI for building APIs and web applications rapidly. • Knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms to enhance deployment capabilities. • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery. • Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies beyond Docker/Kubernetes. • Previous experience mentoring or leading teams in a software development context.
