Descrição

• Define and socialize the long-term UX strategy aligned with business objectives • Transform individual components into a unified, scalable global Design System and intelligent design map • Integrate qualitative user research and quantitative data throughout the product lifecycle • Establish and refine scalable design processes, tools, and workflows • Drive design transformation through AI-enabled operating models and co-creation • Implement agentic AI and predictive insights in the core product, including intuitive patterns for automated disclosures and outlier detection • Drive interaction design, usability, and intelligent automation across product areas • Coordinate design direction around Workiva's Single Source of Truth philosophy • Partner with executive Product and Engineering leadership • Connect design to UX outcome metrics including SUS, Adoption, and SOLSAT • Represent design in high-level strategy sessions and synthesize technical and business requirements • Shape product roadmaps and influence prioritization for user experience needs • Coach and develop UX managers and individual contributors • Lead design reviews and critiques for craft, usability, and accessibility • Implement processes that optimize design efficiency and translate company strategy into measurable design goals • Upskill the team in AI-enabled design tools, workflows, and processes

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of experience in product design • At least 5 years in a leadership role within a complex B2B enterprise software environment • B.A./B.S. degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI, complex strategic problem-solving, and successful team leadership through product launches • Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy enterprise software or professional-grade productivity tools • Deep experience architecting information architecture and navigation systems for high-data-density platforms with diverse user roles • Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI, LLMs, or agentic workflows into a live product • Demonstrated experience evolving legacy design methods into AI-enabled, engineering-integrated creation models • Deep experience with enterprise-level composable design systems at scale • Prior experience in a high-growth scale-up environment or major digital transformation within a legacy enterprise • Familiarity with regulatory, financial reporting, or ESG landscapes is a nice to have • Master's degree is preferred • Reliable internet access while working remotely • Ability to travel up to 25%
