Descrição

• Manage and grow relationships with independent lawn, garden, and gift retailers across the U.S. • Build and maintain consistent outreach through calls and emails using CRM tools like HubSpot • Own the full lifecycle of accounts, including onboarding, order management, and recurring revenue generation • Process and manage incoming orders through platforms like Faire • Develop and execute retail activation strategies such as in-store events, promotions, and pop-ups • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting • Create and optimize cold outreach strategies and email sequences • Improve inbound lead channels, including wholesale platforms and retail networks • Monitor account performance and provide insights on risks, opportunities, and growth strategies • Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales initiatives and retail strategies

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven experience in retail sales within the U.S. market • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot • Familiarity with wholesale platforms such as Faire or similar • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth
