• Set the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for ad products • Lead and develop PMs • Prioritize product investments across competing roadmaps • Drive improvements to sponsored results, ad delivery and reporting • Raise performance and engagement on business pages • Build trusted partnerships across teams • Foster and build a fun, diverse, and inclusive culture
🎯 Requisitos
• Thoughtful, strategic product leader • Deep, hands-on experience with advertising products • Strong understanding of auction mechanics • Ability to balance short-term revenue optimization and long-term user trust • Track record of shipping ad products that feel native • Experience with revenue-generating products backed by clear business metrics • Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives • Familiarity with consumer marketplaces or local discovery preferred • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
