📋 Description
• Achievers offers employee recognition and rewards software with nearly 4 million global users across 170+ countries. • Committed to an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace. • Multiple Senior Software Engineering roles available across domains, reporting to experienced Engineering Managers. • Take ownership and lead complex back-end projects that scale to millions of users. • Design, build, and maintain innovative product features and solutions. • Utilize modern tools and technologies: Python, Go, PHP, GCP, Pub/Sub, Kubernetes, Microservices, React. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as domain subject matter expert. • Be hands-on with the codebase and participate in code reviews. • Drive engineering best practices and stay up to date on emerging technologies.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years proven track record of leading and contributing to back-end or full-stack projects within an enterprise-level environment. • Hands on experience with leading the design phase of complex projects and driving them through to delivery. • Advanced professional experience with Python and/or Go. • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Cloud deployments. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
