• Effectively use MYHR (SuccessFactors) systems to drive end-to-end talent acquisition process • Assist Recruitment Lead in utilizing various candidate sourcing channels • Conduct candidate pre-screens, behavioural interviews and background checks • Create offer letters and send with onboarding package via Docu-sign • Ensure “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout recruitment process
• 2-3 years healthcare/medical recruitment experience required • Experience headhunting/passive sourcing candidates • Experience preferred (but not required) in the oilfield /construction industry • Experience preferred using SuccessFactors (MyHR) • Intermediate Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Applicant Tracking System) • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members
