• Own features across the full development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring reliability and performance at scale • Manage production systems, optimize infrastructure, and contribute to platform availability, scalability, and resilience • Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to build customer- and business-focused solutions • Proactively identify areas for technical, process, and product improvement and influence technical direction and long-term strategy • Tackle complex problems, ship high-quality robust code, and shape systems that power the product suite • Work across the full product suite, influence technical decisions, and deliver end-to-end features that customers love
• 2+ years of full-stack software engineering experience • Lifelong learner, curious about new frameworks, best practices, and emerging technologies • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and navigating ambiguity • Collaborative team player, able to provide and receive feedback • Takes ownership end-to-end, solving problems with customer and business impact in mind • (Bonus) Experience working in startups or high-growth tech companies • (Bonus) Experience with JavaScript—primarily TypeScript, React, and Node.js • (Bonus) Working knowledge of AWS services (ECS, S3, RDS, Dynamo, Lambda) and continuous deployment pipelines • Ability to be in the Toronto office two days a week (Tues/Thurs) • Legally authorized to work in Canada (application requires this information)
