📋 Description

• Deliver virtual therapy services to individuals including children, couples, and/or families. • Guide prospective clients through initial consultations and establish ongoing therapeutic relationships. • Conduct initial consultations and support clients in transitioning into ongoing therapy. • Foster strong therapeutic relationships that encourage retention and progress. • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner with dedicated time built directly into the session schedule. • Align with clinic processes and contribute to a cohesive client experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Psychotherapist (not in qualifying period) in Ontario for 3-5 years. • Strong clinical capability and ability to connect with clients from the very first interaction. • Comfortable working in a virtual environment. • Ability to guide initial consultations into ongoing therapeutic relationships. • Strong organizational skills. • Flexibility to work evenings and at least one weekend day. • Experience conducting consultations or intake sessions is considered an asset. • Ability to work with a diverse client population.
