Description

Lead Visual Designer responsible for website design and stretch opportunities in designing apps, systems, whitepapers, presentations, and more. The role involves driving towards an understanding of brand promise, defining mood boards, developing style guides, and guiding clients through design processes. The designer should have a demonstrated portfolio of compelling, engaging digital solutions, and an ability to define what makes them successful.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience with responsive web and mobile design • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and what it means to realize designs in a multi-device world • Experience with design systems/pattern libraries, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with designing WordPress, digital publishing websites and apps • Understanding of content strategy, publishing workflows, and content management platforms • Nice to Have: Experience with Miro and digital whiteboard tools, working with Enterprise-level clients, designing with a UX lens, and formal design education
