Description

• Over 150,000 businesses and millions of people log in to 1Password for smart, simple access. • Responsible for leading and maintaining 1Password’s global benefits function during a 12-month period. • Ensure continuity of benefits programs while providing strategic oversight and operational stability. • Drive the development and administration of competitive, scalable, and compliant benefits strategies. • Collaborate closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams to provide guidance on benefits, leaves, and accommodations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing benefits programs, with 5+ years in a global benefits role. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SPHR) are a plus. • In-depth knowledge of global benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and compliance with local regulations. • Familiarity with global benefits programs and cultural adaptations. • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage employees, leadership, and external partners. • Proven leadership abilities, including managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Bonus: if you bring experience managing total rewards programs, including compensation.
