• CPT-4443 eCommerce Offshore Content Associate • Service: eCommerce • Requested Experience Tier Level: Junior - Advanced • Hours/Week: 40 hours • Shift Time Zone: EST • Shift Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST • Shift Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday • Gender Preference: None • Country Preference: No preference • Accent/Language Preference: Excellent verbal communication skills - English and Spanish is a plus • Number of VAs: 1 • Tasks Offshore Content Associate • Submitting Report Cases to Amazon • Updating Amazon Excel Trackers - specific inventory file templates to create/update listings and create/update variations. Also additional fundamental skills within excel such as formulas, spell checking, find/replace • Creating and Uploading Files • Managing SKU Closures • Pulling Listing Data • Skills and Qualifications • Amazon Seller Central Experience a must • Seller Support Case Creation experience a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Proficiency in Spanish a plus • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Must be very flexible working in a fast-paced environment • Well-versed with Amazon Excel files • APPLICATION SOFTWARE REQUIRED/KNOWLEDGEABLE • Amazon Seller Central • MS365 applications - Excel, Word, Powerpoint • High-speed internet • Candidates must not be working with another eCommerce client • Amazon Seller Central Experience a must • Client Industry: Retail and eCommerce
