Description

• Responsible for month end close, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions • Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement • Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting updates • Prepare detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders • Support long-term strategic planning by providing financial insights and scenario analysis • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis efficiency • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies • Work closely with various departments to provide financial guidance and support • Assist in ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, Google Products, and QBO • Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Datarails, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Effective communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
