Description

• Lead UX design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables • Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to define and implement innovative UX solutions • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts • Analyze user feedback and analytics data to iterate on and improve user interfaces and experiences • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor products in the cryptocurrency space

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer / Researcher with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects, particularly in the cryptocurrency or fintech space • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, UX methodologies, and usability best practices • Experience with UX research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user feedback and data • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and an understanding of the crypto market
