📋 Description

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new AOEM dealership accounts to expand market penetration and business opportunities. • Develop and manage strong relationships with dealership owners, management teams, and key decision-makers to drive long-term business partnerships. • Lead and support 3M channel partners and distributors, ensuring effective market coverage and achievement of sales objectives. • Drive secondary sales by increasing the adoption of 3M Value-Added Services across the assigned dealership network. • Achieve primary billing targets and deliver business growth in line with organizational goals. • Execute territory development strategies to maximize revenue and market share. • Champion New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives by successfully launching and driving adoption of new offerings within the territory. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities. • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket, OEM, auto accessories, lubricants, paints, adhesives, chemicals, or industrial products sectors. • Strong expertise in B2B sales, account management, and business development. • Proven experience in OEM/dealership management and channel partner/distributor handling. • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated ability to drive both primary and secondary sales while delivering business targets. • High level of execution excellence with a strong market development orientation. • Self-driven, analytical, and capable of managing a large territory with minimal supervision.
