📋 Description

• Develop and implement effective medium to long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Southeast region • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to support our performance-driven sales culture • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to grow the business together and instill loyalty • Lead the sales organization in account and channel planning, forecasting and execution to deliver sales targets • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement • Drive operational rigor to optimize team and sales effectiveness and improve customer service • Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (completed and verified prior to start) • Ten (10) years of sales management experience in a private, public, government or military environment • Master's degree in business from an accredited institution (additional qualification) • Demonstrated ability, business acumen, and experience to successfully manage a complex supply chain, including distribution value-add partners and end customers • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team with strong principle-based coaching and collaboration skills
