• Responsible for coordinating the activities related to training, deploying, supporting, maintaining and evolving the CRM processes implemented through Salesforce • Work with the CRM Global Project and Global Operations Support teams to coordinate critical support activities, solution enhancement and monitoring solution performance • Responsible for ongoing analytics, reporting, and action plans post deployment • Coordinate the effort to measure and monitor critical metrics to ensure that the system and organization are not negatively impacted • Gather, identify, and analyze CRM business requirements and ensuring appropriate requirements are met by the CRM • Support or lead CRM deployment projects in the Area • Ensure 2nd Level Support on all technology‑related questions for GSC CRM Admins • Give technical trainings (TTT) and oversee CRM Admin knowledge transfer to users
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce software and processes • Minimum 3 years of experience with Interaction Center Processes • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university • 3 years of experience working with a CRM System • Proficient experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word • Solid understanding of 3M's strategic CRM goals and objectives, task level CRM processes • Strong understanding of application and system design • Well-organized and able to facilitate global stakeholder collaboration • Strong problem-solving and analytical skill sets, including retrieving, analyzing, and presenting data • Self-starter with the ability to function with minimal day-to-day direction
