📋 Description
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead or Product Development Manager to develop test strategies. • Lead the design and oversight of test execution. • Enhance and expand automation frameworks and practices. • Serve as the primary QA contact for development and product management teams. • Support project planning and execution, mentor junior team members. • Participate in identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain awareness of new testing technologies and methodologies.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance. • At least 3 years of experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, QTP/UFT). • Proven leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Expertise in CI and CD pipelines. • Advanced proficiency in programming languages relevant to test automation (such as Python). • Deep knowledge of databases and SQL. • Proficient in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). • Exceptional collaborative skills. • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented. • Experience using Linux, Jenkins, VMWare, Bash scripting, REST API.
