Description

• We’re seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead and grow our Regenerative Property Design (RPD) 5th World team. • This leader will build and expand the RPD business across North America, focusing on team building, operational excellence, and growth. • With a proven track record in startup or small business environments with some experience at scale, this leader will manage all aspects of RPD’s P&L, set growth targets, implement complex project management frameworks, and deliver exceptional results. • They should understand operational requirements, have experience developing high-performance teams, and know how to scale a service business effectively.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a General Manager, Business Leader, or comparable role within a startup or small business environment, with a proven track record of scaling teams and driving business growth. • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Experience launching, building, and growing new business ventures, ideally in a consulting or similar environment. • P&L Management: Strong understanding of financial metrics and proven ability to manage budgets and profitability. • Operations and Process Development: Ability to identify, implement, and optimize essential operational processes for efficiency and scalability. • Market and Business Strategy: Experience expanding market reach and developing strategies to capture new growth opportunities.
