• Maintain and manage Agent and Manager hierarchy for reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams on agent relationships. • Regularly audit and update agent and manager relationships in systems. • Serve as the point of contact and SME for hierarchy-related inquiries. • Leverage technology to analyze data and ensure alignment between records and outputs. • Communicate support and guidance on hierarchy-related matters to partners.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar field preferred. • Prior experience in life insurance, annuities or financial services preferred. • High technical aptitude and experience working with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, SQL, and relational databases. • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
