• This is a remote role AAPC is calling for an elite New Business Account Executive with a hunter's instinct and a record of conquest in healthcare sales. Your mission: to spearhead our growth by identifying, engaging, and securing new accounts within the healthcare sector, driving each from initial discovery through to a successful implementation. • Your Role: Pioneering New Territories: Embrace the hunter within as you proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your focus will be on canvassing the healthcare landscape, tracking down leads, and capturing new accounts that align with our strategic goals. Strategic Collaboration: Forge strong alliances within our AAPC team, leveraging internal expertise and resources. Your collaborative approach will amplify our combined efforts, ensuring a unified and successful strategy in the quest for new business. Insightful Mentorship: Share the wisdom gained from your hunts with our sales and marketing leaders. Your on-the-ground insights will be pivotal in refining our sales processes, equipping the team with the knowledge and tools needed to support your business-winning efforts. CRM Development: Your meticulous updates and management of our CRM system will not only support our marketing initiatives but also sharpen our forecasting, ensuring we have a clear vision of the future thanks to your input. Your Hunting Gear: Veteran Experience: 5+ years in the trenches of healthcare sales, consistently closing enterprise accounts and engaging with a range of healthcare executives from directors to C-suite levels. Quota Surpasser: A history marked by not just meeting but exceeding sales quotas, proving that your hunting skills lead to tangible results. Healthcare Sales Mastery: Deep understanding and expertise in healthcare sales, especially in selling RCM solutions and software to sizable providers or within a startup environment, is your hunting ground. Your Hunter’s Reputation: The Closer: Known for doing whatever it takes to close the deal, your relentless pursuit of understanding customer pain points, building relationships, and finalizing agreements is legendary. Outbound Expert: Comfortable and skilled in initiating contact, you excel in leading outbound sales calls and meetings, capturing the attention and respect of high-level decision-makers. The Persistent: No stranger to the slow-moving wheels of healthcare organizations, you’re prepared to work tirelessly at every layer to push the sale from inception to execution.
