• You sell our point-of-care drug rapid tests in the field of drug and medication misuse, with a focus on SoToxa and Alco-Sensor FST • Full responsibility for sales figures, including planning and achieving performance targets • Trusted primary contact for our customers • Manage and drive the development of assigned accounts, for example through strategic account management and post-sales implementation processes • Provide sales support for new products and portfolio extensions • Prepare and conduct regular business review meetings • Manage contract renewals and negotiate long-term agreements • Conduct customer trainings and educational sessions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience (e.g., medical training) required • Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Technology/Engineering, Business/Commercial field, or training as a Medical Technical Assistant (MTA) preferred • At least 2–3 years' experience in the diagnostics industry, focused on managing and expanding existing accounts • Proven track record in a similar role • Successful collaboration with customers at various organizational levels • Excellent product and industry knowledge • Strong understanding of key stakeholders and market and customer dynamics • Excellent communication skills • Ability to identify issues and drive them to resolution • Comprehensive understanding of the behavior of key stakeholders and customers • Fluent German and good English skills • Valid German driver's license, Class B
