📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design across features and flows, from discovery to delivery. • Collaborate with PMs and engineers to shape problem spaces, define requirements, and validate solutions. • Design intuitive, scalable interfaces for enterprise SaaS products with heavy use of dashboards, complex data tables, and operational workflows. • Run user interviews, synthesize insights, and convert them into actionable design decisions. • Produce high-quality UI/UX deliverables: journeys, wireframes, flows, high-fidelity screens, prototypes, tables, dashboards, etc. • Work closely with our design system team to maintain consistency and push our standards forward. • Advocate for user experience and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams. • Incorporate AI tools, Vibe Coding, and rapid prototyping into your process to increase velocity and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) in tech or SaaS companies. • Mandatory proficiency in both Portuguese and English. • Must be living in Brazil. • Solid experience designing for enterprise SaaS applications , specifically comfortable with high-density interfaces like dashboards and complex data tables. • Demonstrated strong product thinking, ability to break down complexity, understand constraints, and propose pragmatic solutions. • Portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, strong fundamentals, and high-quality craft.
