β’ 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role β’ Extensive experience in leading, coaching, and motivating product managers, teams with organizational vision, and driving impactful results through motivation and commitment. β’ Proven experience in launching and shipping products, with a demonstrated ability to see projects through from concept to successful market release. β’ Strong quantitative skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and assess the strength of business decisions using solid financial analysis fundamentals β’ Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile development environment. β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and align teams around a product vision. β’ Ability to think strategically, act decisively with imperfect information, and to get very hands-on when necessary. β’ Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. β’ Technical acumen with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
