Description

• The Web & Digital Content Associate will strategically implement updates on the Active Minds website• Process work requests for new and updated content on the site• Design and improve webpages to optimize user flows and communicate ideas• Lead copy and content updates on the website• Implement and manage content updates using WordPress• Manage and optimize web analytics to assess website effectiveness• Support Digital Advertising by creating and optimizing paid search campaigns• Support the integration of Active Minds' visual brand into the store webpage• Participate in Active Minds' commitment to Antiracism and Inclusion

Requirements

• Strong understanding of design principles including web standards and responsiveness, user interface design, typography, hierarchy, and accessibility• Degree or experience in Web Design or UI design, journalism, English, communications, or marketing• At least one year of professional experience managing content and building websites• Fluency in WordPress and knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics• Experience with CRM systems and databases is a plus• Basic HTML/CSS understanding is a plus• Knowledge of wireframe tools is a major plus• Proficient in Microsoft and Google products and online meeting tools
