β’ ActiveProspect is seeking a Head of Sales-Growth Verticals to focus on revenue growth β’ Own key performance metrics including Revenue, Logo Retention, and Gross Revenue Retention β’ Responsible for defining and executing GTM strategy for the pod team β’ Identify and execute partnerships for growth β’ Manage relationships with key industry contacts and build a strong network β’ Work closely with client success team to ensure customer satisfaction
β’ 5-10 years of lead publishing and/or lead buying/3rd party lead generation space experience β’ Ability to take a Vertical from having customers to growing it into a key market for the organization β’ Consistent achievement of enterprise sales quota β’ Experience managing enterprise sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting β’ Strong ability to communicate value propositioning for complex enterprise SaaS technology β’ Positive attitude, flexibility in day-to-day work, and initiative for learning β’ Set high standards of performance for oneself β’ Establish good working relationships with team members β’ Appreciate each team member's contributions and values each individual member β’ Ability to work quickly and patiently as part of a small team growing rapidly β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
