• Two (2) years of addiction counseling / therapy experience required. • Minimum two (2) years of experience completing client intakes, and leading individual and group therapy in an SUD setting. • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. • An active behavioral health licensure in either or both Oregon or California, including but not limited to: LCSW, LMHC, CADC I, CADC II, or CADC III with ability and willingness to obtain licensure in other states. • Access to a reliable internet connection and a private workspace to conduct virtual meetings and supervision sessions. • Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
