Description

• Review design proposal criteria and facilitate preparation of proposal documents • Research project design and applicable code and regulatory requirements • Consult with customers to determine functional and spatial requirements • Prepare design layout and integrate engineering elements for customer review • Ensure quality assurance and quality control of design documents • Administer design contracts • Facilitate design reviews and presentation • Coordinate design activities • Prepare schematic, design development, and construction documents • Manage administrative tasks and costs related to design • Mentor and supervise team members • Assist with front-end services • Achieve relevant certifications • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; technical degree or equivalent experience • Experience in diverse project types with increasing complexity • Ability to produce complete Contract Documents • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, and AutoCad applications • Basic knowledge of project-specific applications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Energetic, self-motivated, and enjoys a team environment • Strong focus on collaboration and professional development
