β€’ Manage and optimise HCP, payor, and key stakeholder relationships for ADVANZ PHARMA β€’ Achieve optimal formulary positioning and develop effective account management plans β€’ Drive revenue growth and maximize product performance β€’ Build long-term relationships and foster partnerships with key stakeholders β€’ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for coordinated account management β€’ Gather market intelligence to inform strategy development

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Graduate / degree level education β€’ Post graduate education β€’ Pharmacy or Medical qualifications β€’ Ideally 5-7 years pharmaceutical sales experience selling to key stakeholders in Trusts/ICBs/HBs β€’ Demonstrated sales success within pharmaceutical industry β€’ Good network and relationships within disease areas and Trusts/ICB/HBs β€’ High competency in working and liaising with HCPs remotely and through digital engagements β€’ Strong understanding of the need to support patient pathway design β€’ Demonstrable experience with successful product launches β€’ Experience with products associated with Advanz products diseases is highly beneficial β€’ Proven track record of national account management β€’ Ability to manage a CRM Customer database β€’ Experience using Veeva Promomats β€’ Working knowledge of Omnichannel marketing and to be able to utilize each media source to contact all related customers
