📋 Description

• Support large-scale digital modernization initiatives for Canadian public-sector partners • Design, implement, maintain, and optimize cloud-native infrastructure and operational automation across GCP and OpenShift • Ensure high availability, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence across mission-critical digital services • Coach team members and improve reliability practices • Influence engineering culture and practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer • Advanced experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and OpenShift Private Cloud • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (GKE), OpenShift, and container orchestration • Strong experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or GCP Deployment Manager • Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or OpenShift Pipelines • Deep knowledge of monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, PagerDuty) • Experience developing automation scripts and operational tooling • Solid understanding of cloud security best practices, compliance requirements, and vulnerability scanning • Strong ability to lead post-incident reviews and implement systematic improvements • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
