• Job Title: Business Development Executive • Location: UK Wide • Are you ready to Be Your Best Barr None? • We are all about Being Your Best Barr None and having a career with real Moments that Matter! • AG Barr has been quenching the nation’s thirst for over 145 years. • Employing over 1,000 people across four business units and ten UK locations. • At our core is Barr Soft Drinks, home to some of the UK’s most loved soft drinks. • We’re growing, thanks to some exciting acquisitions in recent years. • There's never been a better time to join us! • As our Out of Home (OOH) channel thrives, we’re expanding our sales team with 2 national new business roles. • The BDE’s will develop an account portfolio that is typically made up of national accounts • Their aim is to use and build upon an extensive list of new business targets. • Onboarded customers will form the new portfolio of accounts • The BDE will negotiate JBP’s within agreed budgets to deliver annual growth. • The BDE’s will also play an active role in improving forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• Highly motivated to succeed • Good IT skills (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint & Word). Able to learn new packages (Cognos, IRI/Kantar, Demantra) • High Level of Numeracy and good attention to detail • Good communicator (especially remotely) • An understanding of selling techniques.
