• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience working with SAP HCM. • Basic to intermediate knowledge in at least one SAP HCM module (PA, OM, PY, or PT). • Understanding of HR processes and best practices. • Willingness to grow into broader responsibilities over time. • Good analytical and communication skills. • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
