β’ 12+ years of professional marketing experience, of which recently 5+ years in marketing to AI developers or similar technical markets. β’ 3+ years of experience as a people manager of teams with at least 4 members. β’ Startup experience in a marketing role, specifically within a B2C company. β’ Have a deep and intimate understanding of the developer audience, as well as (at least a conceptual) understanding of AI terms, tools and technologies. β’ Write code or build software, on your own or with AI. β’ Drive consumer subscription growth, implementing effective pricing, retention, and engagement strategies. β’ Apply an analytical and data-driven mindset to understand the business. β’ Be entrepreneurial and bold - think outside the box, have the courage to try new things, experiment, execute, and iterate quickly. β’ Collaborate effectively cross-functionally to drive alignment across teams.
