📋 Description

• Design and implement controls for compliance with regulations and privacy laws. • Assist with SOC2 and other compliance audits. • Participate in Security on-call rotation. • Respond to emergencies according to documented policies. • Research security trends to preemptively eliminate system breach possibilities. • Provide best practices guidance for information protection. • Plan and execute security measures for information systems. • Update and maintain security baseline. • Manage enterprise security assessments and tools. • Produce metrics and reports on security assessments. • Assist sales and account managers with security inquiries. • Assess third-party vendor risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in Information Security. • One or more industry certifications (CISSP, CCSP, OSCP/E/etc, GCIA, etc.). • Proficient in at least one scripting language (Python, Java, Bash/shell, Ruby, PHP, etc.). • Experience with public cloud, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Knowledge of protecting and operating MacOS, Linux, and Windows systems. • Experience with compliance/audits (SOC2, ISO, HIPAA, etc.). • Excellent communication skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to diagnose and squash technical debt. • Understanding of explaining security to diverse technical backgrounds.
