• Design and implement strategies to scale the CommOps team across multiple countries and languages • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team effectiveness • Analyze data and generate insights for data-driven decisions • Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for team development • Establish feedback mechanisms with customers • Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer experience • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements

• Significant experience in leading operations or customer support teams in tech environments • Advanced analytical skills with mid to advanced SQL proficiency • Ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in creating and executing strategic roadmaps • Deep understanding of operations beyond customer support • Strong customer orientation and commitment to improving user experience • Fluency in English (Spanish desirable)
