📋 Description

• Contribute to protecting Alan's competitive edge on key topics like regulatory requirements that apply to products and contracts • Support Alan's legal involvement in key business conversations, contributing to RFP responses and contractual negotiations • Contribute to product excellence and the protection of members by identifying optimal ways to meet regulatory requirements • Support insurance compliance posture and help translate regulatory obligations into operational processes • Contribute to insurance compliance projects across markets and international compliance • Help influence regulatory evolutions and maintain relationships with insurance regulators • Increase legal autonomy by contributing to internal legal frameworks and using AI tools

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of insurance law and/or social protection law experience at a top insurance law firm or an insurance company • Exposure to commercial insurance topics, including health and/or disability insurance contracts • Familiarity with insurance regulatory frameworks, including ACPR guidelines, insurance distribution rules, and legal regulations applicable to health and disability insurance contracts • Bonus - experience on international markets and drafting in English • Bonus - experience at a regulatory authority would be a plus • Fluency in French and professional English (written and spoken)
