Description

• Responsible for coordinating legal, financial, and securities translation projects • Ensuring project completion within specified timelines while maintaining quality standards • Supporting the entire project cycle from setup to delivery • Coordinating pricing, profit margins, and budgets • Responding to client queries and requests pre and post project completion • Improving customer service and relationships with resources • Managing client translation memories, glossaries, and monitoring team performance • Coordination with Translations AI development team

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in translation or related field • 2-3 years of previous work experience as a project coordinator within the translation industry • Fluent (excellent written and spoken skills) in English and French • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Work applications • Superb planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask • Excellent communication/customer service skills • Great attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment • Strong sense of personal responsibility for projects and responsibilities • Tech-savvy (passionate about technology and implementing it to the translation world) • Experience with translation management software and translation memory software (Plunet / Memsource)
