📋 Description
• Provides management oversight of personnel and TMF Management activities for designated scope within TMF Operations. • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of TMF services and collaborating with internal and external customers to ensuring delivery of high quality, timely service in line with corporate procedures, regulatory requirements, all applicable guidelines, and industry best practices. • Act as coach and Subject Matter Expert within the department, aiding Managers in process improvements, issue escalation and training development and delivery. • Support the alignment of activities and objectives of the TMF Operations groups with the organization’s core values, strategy and vision.
🎯 Requirements
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 4-6 years of related experience • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 7-9 years of related experience • MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: (Honors) bachelor’s degree • PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree • English language proficiency required
