• Supports the Human Resources department by assisting with benefit programs, HRIS administration, payroll processing • Provides support with benefit administration, open enrollment, and other HR functions • Responds to employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and enrollment • Assists with maintaining and updating employee data in the HRIS • Drafts and distributes HR-related communications • Assists with audits and compliance reporting • Supports HR projects, initiatives, and administrative tasks as needed.
• High school diploma or an associate degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required • 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors) • Experience assisting with benefit administration and payroll processes • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
