• Generate and analyze reports to measure campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to influence marketing decisions. • Conduct customer journey analysis and propose optimization strategies. • Perform competitive analysis within the insurance industry to identify trends and insights from both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) perspectives. • Develop creative briefs for marketing campaigns, outlining target audience and key messaging. • Explore ways to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to improve efficiency in repetitive tasks and processes. • Evaluate how Allstate products are represented on external websites. • Assist in creating presentations for internal meetings. • Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as needed.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel or other data tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Curious and proactive learner with an interest in marketing strategy and emerging technologies. • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus. • Experience with artificial intelligence tools or automation platforms is a plus. • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing best practices is a plus. • Previous internship or project experience in marketing or data analysis is a plus.
