📋 Description

• The Employee Experience Advisor is responsible for managing Employee Experience (EX) projects • Maintaining, analyzing, trending and reporting on employee feedback and satisfaction • Partnering with various departments and employees at all levels to develop employee experience initiative • Support and promote the EX team’s vision to provide a seamless employee experience • Responsible to maintain and enhance and oversee the employee feedback loop • Collect and analyze employee feedback to produce metrics • Create and maintain the Employee Journey map within Altasciences • Implement new tools and processes to capture feedback • Work with Internal Communications to drive employee experience story • Create/manage corporate engagement events alongside Internal Communications • Build trusting relationships with employees and leaders across the organization • Lead, execute and collaborate on EX Research and improvement projects • Promote and encourage an employee centric culture • Support and participate in process improvement of the Onboarding and Offboarding Processes • Play a supporting role with Environmental, Social and Governance work

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Human Resources or Business-related fields • Experience in employee experience planning/mapping and analysis, business analytics • Good Project Management and Change Management skills • High levels of Empathy and Employee focus • Excellent communication and employee experience skills • Strong influencer/collaborator and approachable • Thrives in a changing environment • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, draw insights, and see related opportunities • A self-starter who enjoys learning new things daily, including learning new processes quickly • Highly organized, detailed oriented, innovative autonomous and self-motivated • Intermediate to advanced MS Office knowledge; Word, PPT and of Workday • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel
