• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing • Work with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to convert qualified leads into sales opportunities • Build and manage a pipeline of CRE industry prospects and decision-makers (CFOs, Controllers, Project Managers, etc.) • Educate clients on ERP solutions (like Sage Intacct) as modern alternatives to legacy tools like Sage 300 CRE • Partner with Sales Engineers (SEs) to tailor technical solutions to client needs • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services during the customer’s first year • Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed
• 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B software sales experience, preferably in ERP or financial systems • Proven success selling into the construction and/or real estate industry • Familiarity with Sage CRE, Sage 300 Construction, or similar industry-specific platforms • Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
