📋 Description

• Requirements management (DOORS): structure and organize the requirements database in DOORS. • Write, analyze, allocate and maintain system and mechanical subsystem requirements. • Ensure full (bidirectional) requirements traceability. • Participate in requirements reviews and manage changes via formal workflows. • Contribute to functional analysis (FAST, SADT, SysML where applicable). • Define the system architecture and technical interfaces between subsystems. • Develop the compliance matrix and drive requirements coverage through to validation. • Participate in risk management, safety activities, and system/technical FMEA. • Interpret and challenge mechanical technical choices. • Understand and define mechanical constraints: strength/durability, fatigue, NVH, packaging, multi-discipline interfaces. • Collaborate with design, test, quality and supplier teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems or equivalent. • Proven experience in demanding industrial environments (automotive, rail, aerospace, etc.). • Advanced proficiency in IBM DOORS / DOORS Next Generation. • Knowledge of the V-model, systems engineering and traceability. • Strong understanding of mechanical systems (CAD, materials, design, assembly constraints). • Familiarity with industrial standards and processes: Automotive SPICE, EN 50126/50128/50129, ARP4754A, ISO 26262 (depending on sector). • Ability to read and analyze 2D/3D drawings (CATIA, Creo, NX… not required but a plus). • Experience in multi-discipline interfacing: electrical, software, mechanical, validation.
