📋 Description

• You coordinate the daily business operations • (Further) development of your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implementation of presentation guidelines • Planning of store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Financial and commercial analysis of the store • Active selling

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail and ideally experience managing a store • Strong numerical skills and good commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
