Description

• Work with customers to understand their needs and use cases • Gather feedback, identify areas of friction and value, while always looking for new ways to build trust • Guide product strategy • Work directly with the executive team to articulate a strategy that balances short-term customer needs and long-term strategic goals • Influence product and engineering direction • Take ownership of product development and improvement through regular collaboration with engineering, GTM, and design • Gently lead the team to achieve their goals while always being responsive to changes in the market

Requirements

• 4+ years of enterprise product management experience • Bachelor's degree in CS or other technical field • Work experience as a software engineer • MBA or Advanced degree preferred • You have hands-on experience with software engineering principles, Agile development methodologies, and are comfortable understanding our technology at the most fundamental levels • You take a high degree of ownership and possess strong time management and prioritization skills • You have the ability and desire to work directly with customers on a daily basis, collaborating with sales and customer success to represent Amberflo and develop deeper relationships.
