Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience in digital lending • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Experience in customer experience design and customization • In-depth understanding of financial industry regulations • Technical proficiency with the tech stack mentioned: Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Karat, Lattice, G Suite, AWS
