β’ The Account Executive - Mid Market is responsible for creating and closing executable pipeline through both inbound leads and outbound prospecting, focusing on driving new logo acquisition and expanding existing customer sites to contribute to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth. β’ Maintain a high standard of CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate forecasting, thorough pipeline management, and timely updates in HubSpot to reflect deal progress. β’ Develop and execute strategies to generate pipeline through both inbound company efforts and proactive outbound sales activities. β’ Own the entire sales process from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring you meet or exceed your revenue targets. β’ Work closely with BDRs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Product, and other departments to ensure alignment. β’ Utilize tools like HubSpot and other AI-driven solutions to manage your pipeline effectively. β’ Conduct product demos, negotiate contract terms, and ultimately drive deals to close by articulating the value of Amper's solutions clearly and concisely. β’ Leverage an understanding of the manufacturing industry to address specific challenges mid-market manufacturers face. β’ Demonstrate grit, intelligence, and coachability to continually improve your sales approach.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. β’ Proven track record of generating and closing new business, achieving sales targets, and growing customer relationships. β’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to be concise and direct while also demonstrating empathy for customer challenges. β’ Familiarity with CRM and AI-driven tools like HubSpot to manage sales activities and optimize processes. β’ Experience in the manufacturing sector or working with industrial clients is a strong plus.
