🎯 Requirements

• Responsible for the supervised delivery of Keyloop products and services according to minimum standards. • Works according to clearly defined processes and instructions. • Independently provide colleagues and customers with specialised product knowledge. • Manage and perform post data migration activities (if required) to ensure that existing customer data is imported, validated and signed off by the customer before going live. • Assist sales in pre-sales technical requirement analysis and efforts estimation as required. • Deliver best practice sessions utilising extensive product knowledge. • Provide areas of improvement for process in the deployment of software to reduce time to market. • Common Microsoft applications including Excel and Visual Basic/macros. • Understanding of data transfer (importing/exporting) options within local DMS. • Good problem-solving skills. • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines. • Interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with customers. • You must be able to prioritise work effectively. • In depth technical knowledge with programming skills. • Printer setup. • Good level of written and spoken in both English and Japanese.
